GUARANTEE:

We guarantee our items and want you to be wonderfully satisfied with your purchase. We thoroughly inspect each item before it is shipped.  In the event you receive an item that does have a defect, and we determine it was due to negligence on our part, we will happily repair it or exchange it.  Send an email to info@namastejewelrydesigns.com with the information regarding the defect and we will send you an authorization number.  We will not accept any returns without a return authorization number.

RETURNS:

We want you to love your purchase.  We make every effort to give you accurate photos and descriptions on our website.  Please review carefully the item descriptions and if you have any questions about the size of the stones or pendant, please contact us before you place your order.  We can be reached at info@namastejewelrydesigns.com or 408-691-1805.

If you are not happy with your item when you receive it, you may return it within 10 days for a full refund of the purchase price (shipping costs cannot be refunded) Send an email to info@namastejewelrydesigns.com and we will email you an authorization number and return shipping information.
