Frequently Asked Questions

Q:  When will I receive my order?

A:  Your order will be shipped via USPS within 5-7 days from the receipt of your paid order.  We ship USPS First Class insured, unless you select Priority or Next Day at checkout.  We ship from Northern California.

 

Q:  What are your shipping costs?

A:  You can view an estimate of shipping costs by viewing your cart.  However, final shipping costs will be displayed on the invoice you see before confirming your order.

 

Q:  What carrier do you use for shipping

A:  We use USPS First Class, Insured to deliver our jewelry.

 

Q:  How can I view the status of my order?

A:  Go to the Customer Service, Account Information page.  This page lists all your orders.  Click the date of the order whose status you wish to view.

 

Q:  Will I receive the exact item that is pictured?

A:  Yes.  Each piece is unique and one of a kind.  Sometimes one piece might resemble another, but the clasp will be different.  You will receive the item in the photo you have selected. 

 

Q:  Will I be charged sales tax?

A:  If you live in California, you will be charged 8.5% sales tax.  At this time we are not required to collect sales tax in other states.

 

Q:  How do I care for my jewelry?

A:  The best way to store your jewelry is in the fabric bag that it is shipped in.  This will protect it from scratches and breakage.  Many semi -precious gemstones break quite easily when dropped or mishandled.  For all Sterling pieces, polish periodically with a sterling silver cleaning cloth.  For gold or gold vermeil, wipe with a soft cloth.  Do not wear your jewelry while bathing or swimming.

Q:  Is ordering through your website secure?

A:  Yes!  PayPal hosts our secure shopping cart.  With PayPal you can use Visa, MasterCard, Amex, Discover, or e-check to pay for your purchase.  You do not need to have a PayPal account to pay with your credit card.  You will have the option when you are completing your order to use PayPal or use your credit card for a one-time payment.

 

Q:  Can I pay for my order with a check or money order?

A:  Yes.  To pay with a check or money order, place your order on line as normal, but stop when you get to the “invoice/Receipt” page.  Print this page and send it, with your personal check, money order or cashiers check, to:
