Hello and thanks for stopping by the Namaste Jewelry Designs website.  My name is Catherine Killion and I am the Designer/Owner of Namaste Jewelry Designs.  I began designing jewelry in high school, and as a busy mother of four children my passion for creating jewelry remained a hobby for many years.  As my children grew and started to move out of the house, the demand for my designs escalated among friends, family, and acquaintances -- and the business known as Namaste Jewelry Designs was born in 2003.  Based in Los Gatos, California, Namaste Jewelry Designs are featured in several boutiques in the Bay Area.

I have a passion for design of all kinds, and my love of travel and art have directly influenced my designs.  I started making jewelry in high school casting my first silver pieces and working for a bench jeweler as my summer job.  As a young adult I fell in love with Turquoise and Sterling Silver and my love for semi-precious stones, pendants, and quality materials has grown for over 30 years!!  I continually search for unique pieces to incorporate into my designs that truly make them special.

I have been fortunate to have had the opportunity to dabble in many artistic pursuits and to have studied with many wonderful teachers to whom I am very grateful. Along the way I have been inspired by my teachers, my family, my friends, travel to new and exciting places, and by my study of yoga.  I am a certified yoga instructor and spend a lot of time teaching and studying the world of yoga.

I am a devoted yogini and hence offer my jewelry designs with Namaste in mind- The best of me to the best of you!
